Send inquiries by email in Korean or English. We review messages and may ask for details needed to investigate. As a one-person publication, we cannot always reply immediately. Requests subject to a legal deadline receive the handling that the law requires.

We cannot carry out every suggestion or retest request. The operator decides what to test and when. We do not promise a particular rating, favorable coverage, or removal of a failed run in exchange for payment or support.

Reporting an error

Include the page URL, the statement or run in question, and why you believe it is wrong. Where relevant, add the tool version, test date, and information needed to reproduce the issue.

Do not send passwords, API keys, government identification numbers, someone else’s personal information, or meeting records and files you lack permission to share. Remove personal and confidential details from supporting material first.

Privacy and rights requests

To request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent, email jihjmh2102@kakao.com. Identify the information concerned and the action you want us to take. We may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity or authority to act for someone else.

For copyright or other rights complaints, identify the page and material concerned, explain your rights, and state the action you are requesting.
