1. Operator and scope

These terms describe the conditions for using AI Dad’s content and features at daddynote.co.kr.

The site publishes AI tool test records, evaluations, comparisons, and explanations. It currently offers no accounts or paid purchases.

We make these terms readily available. If a feature or agreement requires separate acceptance, we explain the relevant conditions and obtain it. Visiting the site does not constitute consent to personal information processing.

2. What our results mean

Our rating ladder has five levels: Runs, Recorded, Detects errors, Repeatable, and Verified in practice. Each rating applies to the task, criteria, test date, tool version, and conditions identified in the relevant article or card.

“k out of N runs” reports the observed count. It does not guarantee performance outside that sample or the outcome of future runs. “Not tested” means we have not performed the test needed to reach a conclusion.

Before relying on a tool, assess it in your own environment. Our evaluations do not replace the provider’s terms, privacy policy, or usage requirements.

3. Copyright and permitted use

The operator or the identified rights holder owns the legally protected rights in original articles, charts, and other editorial material. Product names, trademarks, quoted material, and third-party images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

You may share links to our pages and use content as the law permits. When quoting a result, identify the source and link to the original. Do not remove the date, version, or test conditions in a way that misrepresents the finding.

Copying full articles, redistributing material, or using it commercially beyond a legal exception or stated license requires permission from the rights holder. We do not claim exclusive rights in facts or measurements where the law provides none.

4. Submissions

You may send material needed for an inquiry or report. Submit only material you have the right to share.

Sending material does not transfer your copyright to us. We review submissions to handle inquiries and check facts. Before publication or redistribution that requires permission or another legal basis, we complete the necessary process.

Receiving a submission does not commit us to a test, retest, publication, or particular conclusion.

5. Misuse and restrictions

You must not:

• Access systems without authorization or transmit malicious code.
• Disrupt the site, including through excessive requests.
• Impersonate someone or unlawfully disclose personal or confidential information.
• Infringe copyright or other rights.
• Alter test records or remove context to misrepresent our findings.

We may restrict access or withdraw material to the extent reasonably necessary to address the conduct and its effects. Where we have contact details and can give notice, we explain the reason and how to challenge the action. Urgent security or rights concerns may require action before notice.

6. Advertising and external services

AI Dad runs Google AdSense. Ads are not being served yet while the account is under review. We distinguish advertising from editorial content.

An advertisement or external link does not, by itself, mean that we endorse or guarantee the advertised product or service. Transactions and services on external sites are subject to the relevant provider’s conditions.

This section does not exclude responsibility for the operator’s own unlawful or culpable conduct.

7. Corrections, changes, and interruptions

We may correct errors and change content or features. When we revise a measurement or rating, we record the change and date on the relevant page.

Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, or closure may interrupt some or all of the site. We give advance notice of planned material changes or closure where reasonably possible. Emergencies may require notice after action.

If the site closes, we handle personal information according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Responsibility and limitations

We work to record results accurately and correct errors we identify. We cannot detect every error in advance or predict how a tool will behave after a test.

We do not guarantee suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, the accuracy of an external tool, or a particular outcome.

Applicable law determines liability for loss or damage. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, or limit your statutory rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We publish the substance, reason, and effective date of changes. We normally give at least seven days’ notice, or 30 days for material changes or changes unfavorable to users. If a legal requirement or urgent security issue prevents that notice period, we explain why and provide notice as soon as practicable.

Where a change to an existing agreement requires separate acceptance, we obtain it before applying the change. Silence or a return visit does not replace required acceptance.

10. Law, disputes, and language

The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you, including those arising from your place of residence.

The Korean and English versions are intended to convey the same terms. If their meanings differ, the Korean version guides interpretation, subject to mandatory law and your statutory rights. We correct translation errors when identified.
